Steps to Connect to the Data Studio Template

Prepare Access

Before starting, please ensure that:

• You have a Google linked email address (required to access and share Data Studio).
• Someone with access to your website’s Google Analytics (GA4) is available to complete the connection.
• If possible, use a generic email address — this will ensure that access is maintained even if there are any account or personnel changes on your side.

Copy the Template Shared

• We will share the Data Studio template link with you.
• Open the link and click on "Make a copy" to become the owner of the report.

Connect the Data Source

• Once the copy is created, click on "Connect Data Source."
• Select Google Analytics (GA4) and choose your GA4 property corresponding to your website.
• Click "Connect" to link the data.

Verify the Configuration

• The metrics, dimensions, and filters are already pre-configured in the template.
• Check that the data is displayed correctly and that no tables show errors.
• If errors appear or data is missing, ensure that you are properly connected to the correct Google Analytics source.
